 This layer pertains to the management of climate resources, the organization, and the corporate process. For example, a crew that underestimates maintenance expenditures would leave the aircraft and equipment poor.

 

Insecure Controls:

Inadequate monitoring, incorrect operation, inability to remedy issues and oversight breaches are examples of this layer. Failure to give rapid training to new staff, for example, increases the chance of life-threatening harm.

 

Dangerous activity:

Safe activity is not a direct cause of harm. Some prerequisites lead to dangerous activities; An unstable mental state is one of the reasons for poor decisions.

 

Mistakes and Abuses:

These are all part of the risky activity. People who make mistakes are unable to take the appropriate action to get the desired results. Acts of breach of law or regulation are examples of abuse. These four layers are the main components of the Swiss cheese model, and risk analysis may be accomplished by keeping track of all of these variables.
